General
This lovely condo is privately owned and we have established policies intended to keep it safe and in excellent condition. We will provide you with a clean, comfortable and nicely furnished home for your special time on the Oregon Coast.

1.  Smoking and pets are not permitted on premises.

2.  Check in:  4:00 PM / Check out:  11:00 AM.  Check in time may be delayed due to high occupancy.  Full payment due 30 days prior to check in date.

3.  Minimum Stay:  Property has a 3 night minimum during high season (Memorial Day – Labor Day) and 4 night minimum during 4th of July.

4.  Damage Deposit:  $250 damage deposit is required.  Deposit is fully refundable provided there is no damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning or garbage.  Please report any damage to Megan @ 360.713.4605.

5.  Return Check Fee:  $35 per item.

6.  Payment:  2 night deposit is collected to secure reservation.  Balance is due 30 days prior to check in date.  Payment will be accepted by check, money order, credit card through PayPal.

7.  Cleaning Fee:  $70 non refundable.  Please refer to cleaning and checkout instructions for details.

8.  We rent to adults 21 years of age or older.  No minor may enter into a rental agreement.  Violators will be asked to leave without a refund.

9.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

10.  Please respect the rights of your neighbors with courteous behavior.  Any misconduct may be grounds for eviction with no refund.

11.  Please do not use neighbor’s property and yards to gain access to the beach, please use posted beach access areas.

12.  Beach rules posted in book… please follow safety rules!

13.  Cancellation Policy:  Must cancel 30 days prior to check in date!

14.  "First-come, first-served" policy:  Occasionally, we have more than one party inquiring about renting for the same time period. In these unusual circumstances, the first to make payment has priority for the reservation.

15.  A signed rental agreement and a security deposit of $250 are required. The deposit is fully refunded if the condo is left in suitable condition as described in the rental agreement. 

IMPORTANT CLEANING INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

We hope you enjoyed your stay. Please spend a few minutes reading this material.  We appreciate your assistance in keeping our condo beautiful and in great shape for our next guests.  We hope you enjoyed your experience and will visit again soon.

General
Please remove shoes upon entering the home (Bin has been provided in front closet)

Laundry
Shake off all sandy clothes and towels before laundering.
Clean lint screens before using dryer and do not leave dryer running while away.
Strip sheets from beds leaving clean mattress cover and blankets.
Wash and dry all linens used during stay.  Place clean linens back on top of beds.  You do not need to remake the bed.
Wash all towels, fold and put away.
Please do not leave more than one load of linens.
Laundry soap – please use small amount required for new washer.

Kitchen
Remove all items from the refrigerator and wipe inside if dirty.
Ice maker in freezer – empty out when full.  Thank you!
Wipe down stovetop and microwave, counters, and tabletops.
Start the dishwasher before you leave, unload if possible.
Unplug coffee maker.

Bathrooms
Please remove all sand and hair from tub/shower/sink.
Please do not flush sanitary napkins or tampons down the toilet.
Remove all dirty towels.

Garbage
Take garbage out daily or as needed.  Please crush large items to save space in cans.
Dumpster is located in lower parking garage (level 1).
Key to dumpster is in kitchen drawer.  Please return key to drawer when done.

Safety
Please read beach safety and Tsunami Evacuation Map.
Windows - use safety latch for children / do not remove screens.  Please lock before leaving.
BBQ on premises is not permitted.

Checkout Reminders
Check out time is 11:00 (unless other arrangements have been made in advance)                                                                          
Please turn off all electrical / lighting and lower or close all blinds carefully.
Turn heat down to 55 degrees.
Please ensure gas fireplace is turned off.
Please lock all doors and windows.
Return items and furniture to their original positions.
Double check for personal items.  Please look under beds, sofa cushions and in dresser drawers.
